Refund And Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing SCAN SATHI (Sticker).

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on Returns and Refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchase from us.

1. INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

Interpretation: Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions.

Definitions: For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") refers to SCAN SATHI.
  • Goods refer to the physical stickers offered for sale on our website/APP.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • You means the individual making the purchase.

2. RETURN POLICY

We take utmost care in delivering our products. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective sticker, you are eligible for a replacement.

Return Timeframe:

  • A return request must be raised within 2 business days from the date of delivery.
  • To raise a request, please send a clear image of the damaged sticker to contact@scansathi.com along with your order details.

Once verified, we will process a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons other than physical damage or product defect.

3. REFUND POLICY

Refunds for Failed Transactions:

  • If any interruption occurs during the online payment process, and the amount is successfully deducted from your account but the order is not confirmed, the payment will be verified by our team.
  • Upon confirmation, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping Policy

All confirmed orders are shipped and delivery within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances such as holidays or logistics delays.

Once the return/replacement product is received it will be inspected and the return/replacement will be approved within 2 days. And all the replacement product will be delivered within 7 days
